A Certified Signing Agent is required to notarize certain
types of mortgage and loan documents. We usually receive the loan
documents directly from the lender, either electronically or via
overnight delivery and then contact you to make an appointment for the
signing. We will travel to your home or office with the documents. After
the signing we will deliver the signed documents to the lender according
to their instructions.
